Gymnasium
Offering the latest state of the art technogym equipment, the gym is a 16 station fully air conditioned arena, with the latest wellness software to track your personal fitness programme. Inclusive with your membership is your gym induction, wellness key, fitness assessment and gym programme. Additionally we can provide re-assessments including historical comparisons and personal training, for the extra motivation you may require.
Pool
The luxurious 18m pool is the ideal place to relax after a hard workout or a difficult day. Quad Leisure also holds Aqua Aerobics Classes which are free of charge to members. Please call for more information.
Spa Bath
Simply sit and relax while the warm jet and bubbles ease away those aches and pains, leaving you feeling refreshed and invigorated.
Sauna & Steam Room
The sauna has three different fragrances to enhance the atmosphere and improve your mood and health. The eucalyptus enhanced atmosphere will help soothe your body and mind. Clear the toxins away from within and emerge rejuvenated.
