Overview

Quad Leisure offers hotel guests or members a chance to relax, unwind and keep healthy within a vibrant and friendly atmosphere. Maintained to the highest standards, the club offers comfortable surroundings in which to enjoy the superb facilities, under expert supervision.

Our friendly and helpful staff are always here to offer you help and advice. We strive to create a personal touch to our service, making you feel welcome and relaxed everytime you visit.

Pool

Our 15 metre swimming pool is the ideal place to relax after a hard workout or to come and have fun with the family.

Children's Pool Times & Information

Adult Pool Times: 6.30am – 10pm
Children’s Pool Times: 8am – 8pm

Please note: Our maximum capacity for the swimming pool area is 32 people. During busy periods (8am – 10am and 4pm – 8pm) it is possible that we will reach capacity and will introduce a waiting list and limit pool use time to 45 minutes.

Supervision

Please note all children (under 16) must be accompanied by an adult at all times whilst in the pool.

• One adult may accompany up to two children under 4 with armbands or as a ratio of one adult to one child under 4 without armbands.
• One adult may accompany up to two children 4-7 years with or with out armbands.
• One child under 4 and one 4-7 year old can swim with one adult if both are in armbands or one of them is a confident swimmer.
• One under 4 and two 4-7 year olds can swim with one adult if all are in armbands or both older children are confident swimmers.

Gym

Offering a good selection of Technogym equipment, the gym is a fully air conditioned area, with the Wellness software to track your personal fitness programme.

Inclusive with your membership is your gym induction, wellness key, fitness assessment and gym programme.

Additionally we can provide re-assessments including historical comparisons and personal training, for the extra motivation you may require.

The Gym is just for use by persons aged 16 and over. Please wear appropriate gym attire and footwear and leave a few minutes extra to fill out a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire form.

Spa, Sauna & Steam Room

Spa Bath

Simply sit and relax while the warm jet and bubbles ease away those aches and pains, leaving you feeling refreshed and invigorated.

Children under 5 years of age are not permitted in the spa pool and children aged 5-16 must be supervised by adult.

Sauna & Steam Room

The sauna and steam can improve your mood and health. The atmospheres will help soothe your body and mind and will clear toxins away leaving you with a feeling of rejuvenation.

Children under 8 years of age are not permitted in the sauna and children aged 8-16 must be supervised by adult.

Beauty Therapy

Pure Bliss Beauty & Spa

Have a relaxing massage or a facial at Pure Bliss Beauty & Spa based at the hotel. We offer a full range of treatments and all Quad Leisure members receive a 10% discount. Why not buy a voucher and treat a friend too?

Note: Please book your beauty treatments in advance to avoid disappointment. Demand is very high for this popular service.

Nail Room

Sit and relax with a foot spa in this dedicated area offering all your manicure and pedicure needs.

Join the craze with this class fusing Latin and International music that creates a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system.

Aqua Aerobics Classes

A great activity for all abilities! Combining a variety of moves from aerobics, the use of water supports the body and reduces risk of injury whilst still giving you a good workout, toning all the major muscles groups and increasing cardiovascular ability.

Membership Fees

When a member pays in advance for the year, they are not permitted to amend their chosen category during the period they have paid for. Refunds are not given once a payment in advance has been made.

Direct Debit

The appropriate monthly rate, depending on the category chosen, will be debited from your account on or around the 6th of each month.
