Our Conference Centre comprises of six modern meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 300 delegates. All conferences are managed by a dedicated Conference Team, both before and during the event.

Before the Event

When you Arrive

You will be greeted by your Conference Host - your contact throughout your event.
The agenda will be confirmed and you will be shown the full facilities.
The meeting room can be ready at least one hour before the event is set to start.

During the Event

We take care to ensure that you have a smooth and trouble-free meeting.
An agreed message service ensures prompt delivery and minimum disruption.
Your timetable becomes our timetable.

Conference Suites

The Conference Lounge is our large breakout area and is suitable for catering purposes as well as networking events or evening receptions. During the day the Lounge is available for breakout sessions or for individual business meetings. The Conference Lounge also features high-speed wireless Internet access.
